Lyon County Commission Permits Adult Ed CUP

A conditional use permit for the Adult Education Building on the Dayton High School campus was approved by the Lyon County Commission during its Jan. 6 meeting. The 1.4KSF modular building will aid local adults in obtaining general equivalency diplomas. The CUP is required for premanufactured buildings for commercial purposes. The CUP was unanimously approved after previously being recommended by the Planning Commission. (Source: Nevada Appeal)

Four Pickleball Courts Coming to Boulder City Park

Four pickleball courts will be constructed at Veterans Memorial Park in Boulder City. Las Vegas Paving Corporation will be constructing the courts. The construction, surveying, design and bid process cost $611.5K. The project is being funded by the American Rescue Plan Act. (Source: Boulder City Review)

(NIB Mountain’s Edge Marketplace; REBusiness Online) Remington Nevada sold Mountain’s Edge Marketplace at 7975 Blue Diamond Road in Mountain’s Edge in Las Vegas for $50.3M. An unnamed investor purchased the 14.7-acre property. CBRE’s Roy Fritz and Preston Fetrow represented Remington. Mountain’s Edge Marketplace is 98% leased. The shopping center consists of 115KSF of retail space.
