1. CBRE was honored with multiple awards at NAIOP Southern Nevada’s 28th Annual Spotlight Awards ceremony on Mar. 1. CBRE was honored in the following categories:
- Brokerage Firm of the Year – fifth consecutive win;
- Property Management Firm of the Year – fifth consecutive win;
- Broker of the Year – Industrial: Kevin Higgins, Vice Chairman; Garrett Toft, Vice Chairman; Sean Zaher, Senior VP; Jake Higgins, Senior VP; Kelsey Higgins, Senior Associate; Tyce O’Neill, Associate – fifth consecutive win, and
- Special Recognition Award – 2024 CRE Coverage Committee, including past-President Cassie Catania-Hsu.
Promotions
2. Christian Stolo has been promoted to Senior Industrial Associate at Street Commercial Real Estate. Stolo entered the industry in 2021 and has successfully managed numerous transactions for tenants, landlords and investors. He is also a graduate of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Institute and a current CCIM candidate.
New Hires
3. The new Market Leader at the Las Vegas office of Avison Young is Suzette LaGrange. LaGrange has 30 years of experience in brokerage. Her new role will focus on driving business by identifying strategic opportunities, expanding client relationships, enhancing market presence and acquiring top industry talent for the company. LaGrange succeeds David Jewkes, who served for eight years and will remain as a Principal in the office.
