1. Truckee Gaming LLC purchased the Poker Palace Casino property in North Las Vegas for more than $9.4M, according to Clark County records. The sale includes the land and building but excludes the gaming operations. Truckee Gaming told State regulators the total purchase price was $20M. The property closed in early October for interior and exterior renovations and plans to reopen in early 2026.
