The Clark County Zoning Commission approved Ali Kaveh’s proposed Jade Promenade commercial center near Spring Mountain Road and Wynn Road in Paradise during its Dec. 17 meeting.

The site is owned by Caesars Entertainment, but Kaveh’s Platinum Realty has a contract in place to purchase the lot. The design and general contracting work are being completed in-house. Mehraz Studios LLC provided assistance on the site plan and elevation design. (NVBEX; Dec. 13)
The six-building commercial center features 73.5KSF of development. The buildings will be arranged throughout the 7.55-acre, T-shaped plot of land.
The development also features various amenities, such as outdoor dining areas and a playground. Collectively, the Jade Promenade is expected to cost around $40M.
Jade Promenade was approved as part of the routine action items section of the meeting; therefore, no discussion was held.
Kaveh also expects to add a consecutive phase to the project, which would result in the construction of a roughly 150-unit multifamily property. The apartment complex is expected to cost $30M.
The current timeline suggests the groundbreaking will occur in Q4 2026. Kaveh told BEX he expects construction to last for roughly nine months.
