Madison Capital Group is moving forward with its Revival project in Reno with the release of new renderings and specifics about its plans.
Madison Capital Group is the owner, while Ahlquist is the developer. Gensler is the architect, and Engineered Structures, Inc. is the general contractor. (NVBEX: March 15; April 3; July 24; Aug 14)
The project is centralized around two large towers with retail on the first floor. One tower will primarily be made up of residential and office space, while the other will feature a hotel.
Initial plans call for the creation of 282 multifamily units, 120.5KSF of office space, 12.1KSF of amenities, 390 hotel rooms, a 900-space parking garage and a 50KSF plaza. Additional space will be created for the retail/entertainment portion of the redevelopment.

Fine Entertainment is the anchor tenant for much of the retail portion of the development, with plans to utilize 180KSF. Fine Entertainment has announced five separate restaurant plans for the site:
- The Mint,
- PKWY Tavern,
- The BLVD Grille,
- The George Sportsmen’s Lounge and
- Smelly Cat.
Additionally, the tenant has plans for four other restaurant concepts and an underground nightclub. The Nevada Gaming Commission and Reno City Council approved a gaming license for Fine Entertainment, which will allow the company to include roughly 200 slot machines.
